Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping cart icon' on the top right.
Please note that items in your shopping cart do not mean they are reserved.
Are you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping cart icon' at the top right to go to your Fashion Ariana items. In the next screen you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the button 'Proceed to checkout'. Now you land on the check-out page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Note: After you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, because your order is immediately processed so you can receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Fashion Ariana takes care of the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping costs.*
* You do have to pay shipping costs to return your article.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via email as soon as your order is shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Fashion Ariana strives to deliver the products quickly. If you place an order before 3 p.m. on business days, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore the average delivery time is 2 - 8 days.
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a DHL. You will also receive a notification of this from the driver, this will also include the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will send the shipment back to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this to us, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by DHL, we will keep you informed about this until the end of the investigation.
